Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Indie & Co. designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
